Indie Runway is a browser-based financial planning tool that helps freelancers, consultants, and independent workers estimate their cash runway and assess income risk. The Service provides estimates and projections for educational and planning purposes only.

3. Not financial advice

The Service does not constitute financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. All calculations, scores, projections, and recommendations are estimates based on the data you provide and simplified models. They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions. Always consult a qualified financial professional for personalized advice.

4. Accuracy of results

We strive to provide useful estimates, but we make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculations or projections. Real-world outcomes depend on many factors not captured by the model.

5. License and usage

  • Free tier: Available to all users at no cost with the features described on the website.
  • Pro license: A one-time purchase that unlocks additional features. Each license key may be activated on up to 3 devices. License keys are non-transferable.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute Pro license keys
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the license verification system
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Misrepresent results from the Service as professional financial advice

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indie Runway and its creator(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Pro license.

8. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
